ONLINE COACHING PACKAGE
Looking to improve your health and fitness, without necessarily joining a gym? This package includes everything you need.
It all begins with a 30 minute Zoom call as we discuss your goals. You log onto my members only web page to answer a set of lifestyle and nutrition questionnaires.
I then assess your diet and questionnaire results, I subsequently prepare your 4 Step Holistic Health and Fitness program.
This is followed by a 30 minute Skype session to ensure you are on the right track and to answer any questions you may have.
Results are guaranteed provided you are following your health program.
Package rate is $35.00 per week
• 1 x 75 min physical assessment
• 1 x 60 min program implementation session

I will train you in a state-of-the-art gym in Richmond and I will also provide you with your own Holistic Health program, which includes nutrition, lifestyle, flexibility, stability, posture rehab and strength programs.
